We will be giving our staff a hard-earned summer break and closing the restaurant from August 17-24. We will reopen on Tuesday, August 25. Hope to see you then!
AUGUST 20-23: NORTHFOLK POP-UP AT LENOIR
Our sous chef, Daniel Medina, will be hosting the Northfolk pop-up restaurant, presented by FWD at Lenoir. The residency will be four nights, August 20-23, and guests can drop by between 6-9 p.m. for seatings. The dinner will be a casual 5-course tasting menu focusing on techniques and ingredients from his northeastern upbringing, drawing inspiration from that area of the country, with its cold water seafood, hearty produce and Fingerlakes wine country. Below is the menu:
Foie Gras Doughnuts with black garlic
Cured Trout with charred apple, sour cream and fermented green onion jus
Roasted Crab with boiled peanuts, frisée and cured egg yolk
Charred Lamb Breast with fig jus, brassicas and fired peas
Parmesan Gelato with rhubarb and fennel cracker
Tickets are $50 plus gratuity, with an optional beverage pairing, and can be purchased HERE. Any unsold tickets will be available at the door. This will be a meat heavy menu. Sorry, no substitutions this time.
